Embodying Compassion

Join us to listen deeply and be moved by your body and to to infuse it with gentleness and self acceptance through breath and somatic techniques, sacred texts, live music and diverse dancing techniques ( such as Authentic movement, contemporary, improv and more). Join us in stepping outside your comfort zone and co-creating a moving experience of self and communal exploration. All accessibilities welcomed, no need of prior dance experience. Please come with comfy clothes and a curious heart.
