About the Event
Our journey will begin by setting intentions with slow sips of cacao tea, freshly brewed by Bronx-based craft chocolate-maker slow cocoa, then continue with integrating breath and vocal exercises while elevating our spirits through guided movement and embodied meditation. All backgrounds and abilities are welcome.
