About the Event

Inspired by live musicians of diverse faith and cultures ( Sufi & Judaism ), we will  step outside our comfort zone through guided meditation, intentional movement and self-exploration.

Our journey will embark on breathing and vocal exercises, meditation and movement intentions. You decide how to experience  our workshop, take what you need and let go of what you don't.

Please come with comfy clothes, a water bottle and good energies

Facilitators:

Yonatan A. MoveMeant’s founder, is a dancer, mindfulness practitioner, experiential educator and rabbinical student. Yonatan has led over 120 MoveMeant workshops ( both in person and online ) in diverse settings across the world including: US, Canada, Europe, Israel, South Africa and India alongside world-class musicians.

Kobi G. MoveMeant's musical director, is a multi-instrumentalist, High Holiday cantorial soloist and chocolate maker based in New York City. A graduate of JTS and Columbia, he has performed in Chile, Panama, France, the Obama White House and across the U.S. with Pizmon, Columbia’s Jewish a cappella group.
